At Make a Difference Services, we provide Supported Independent Living (SIL) services to help NDIS participants live as independently as possible while receiving the care and support they need. Our SIL services offer a safe, supportive, and structured living environment where individuals can develop life skills, build confidence, and enjoy greater independence. Whether you require 24/7 support or assistance with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management, our dedicated team is here to provide personalized support tailored to your needs. With a focus on choice, dignity, and inclusion, we help individuals thrive in a home environment that fosters growth, connection, and well-being. 

At Make a Difference Services, we believe that staying connected with the community is essential for personal growth, social well-being, and independence. Our Community Participation support helps NDIS participants engage in social, recreational, and skill-building activities that align with their interests and goals. Whether it’s joining a local group, attending events, learning new hobbies, or accessing community services, we provide the right support to help individuals build confidence, form meaningful connections, and enjoy a more fulfilling life. With a focus on inclusion and empowerment, we encourage every participant to take part in activities that bring joy, purpose, and new opportunities. 

 At Make a Difference Services, we offer Short-Term Accommodation (STA), including respite services, to provide participants and their carers with a well-deserved break. Our respite services offer a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment where individuals can enjoy a change of scenery, build new skills, and engage in fun activities while receiving the care they need. Whether it’s for a few days or a couple of weeks, our dedicated team ensures a stress-free experience tailored to each participant’s needs. With a focus on independence, well-being, and community inclusion, our STA services provide both participants and their families with peace of mind and renewed energy.

At Make a Difference Services, we provide a wide range of NDIS-registered supports tailored to help participants achieve their goals and live independently. Below are the registration groups we are approved to deliver:

🔹 0102 – Assist Access/Maintain Employment
Support to help individuals find, secure, and maintain meaningful employment or volunteer opportunities.

🔹 0106 – Assist-Life Stage, Transition
Support during major life changes, including moving homes, transitioning to school or work, and building independence.

🔹 0107 – Assist-Personal Activities
Help with daily personal tasks such as hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation to promote independent living.

🔹 0108 – Assist-Travel/Transport
Support with transport, including travel training and assistance, to help individuals access the community safely and confidently.

🔹 0115 – Daily Tasks/Shared Living
Assistance with everyday activities in a shared or independent living environment to enhance autonomy.

🔹 0116 – Innovative Community Participation
Programs designed to encourage skill-building, confidence, and engagement in unique community-based activities.

🔹 0117 – Development-Life Skills
Support to develop essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, communication, and personal development.

🔹 0120 – Household Tasks
Help with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and home maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable living space.

🔹 0125 – Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities
Encouraging social engagement by facilitating participation in community events, social groups, and recreational activities.

🔹 0133 – Specialized Supported Employment
Tailored employment support for individuals who require specialized assistance in the workplace.

🔹 0136 – Group/Centre-Based Activities
Structured programs in a group setting designed to develop social, communication, and independence skills.
